Ordering

Our company only accepts orders by part numbers.
Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
If you order by part name, you may receive the wrong parts.
Please also understand that we will not accept returns for the parts you ordered.

Billing

In addition to the purchase price of the parts, shipping and packing fees will apply. Packing fees are 10% of the total purchase price. There will be two separate bills, one including the total purchase price and the other the shipping fees. We weigh all parts in your order together when they arrive at our shipping center and compare the weight to the Japan Post EMS price list. Your bill will be based on this calculation.
